Getting There

Walking
From the center of Diego Suarez (Antsiranana), start at the main square, Place de la République. Head north on Avenue de la Libération. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Paix. Turn left onto Avenue de la Paix and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and local eateries. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route Nationale 6. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers until you see signs directing you to the Jardin des Baobabs. The entrance to the park will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the central market (Bazary Be) in Diego Suarez. Head east on Rue de la République towards Avenue de la Libération. Continue on Avenue de la Libération, then take a left onto Avenue de la Paix. Cycle straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route Nationale 6 and follow it for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Jardin des Baobabs. The entrance will be on your right side.

From Diego Suarez, you can take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus taxi) towards Antsiranana. Get off at the stop closest to the Jardin des Baobabs, which is about 3 kilometers from the city center. Make sure to tell the driver your destination. Once you get off, walk along the road for about 500 meters, and you will find the entrance to the Jardin des Baobabs on your right.
