Walking
If you're starting from the center of Diego Suarez, head towards Avenue de France. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Indépendance. Turn right on Rue de l'Indépendance and continue walking until you reach the main roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route de la Plage. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer, and you should see signs for Relais Joffre on your left. The entrance is marked, and the property is a short walk from the main road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Diego Suarez. Start at the central market and head towards Avenue de France. Cycle along Avenue de France until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Indépendance. Take a right on Rue de l'Indépendance and continue cycling until you reach the main roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route de la Plage. Follow this road for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for the signs for Relais Joffre on your left. Park your bike at the designated area near the entrance.
