From the center of Manakara, head south on Avenue de l'Indépendance. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and continue walking. After about 500 meters, you will see a sign for Digue de Manakara on your right. Follow the path leading to the Digue, which runs alongside the coast.
