If you are driving from the center of Sofia, head south on Route 1. Follow the signs for Antananarivo. Once you reach Antananarivo, continue on Route 1 until you reach the roundabout at Avenue de l'Indépendance. Take the first exit onto Avenue de l'Indépendance, and then turn left onto Rue des 67ha. After approximately 1.5 km, follow the signs to Ambohidratrimo. Continue straight for about 5 km, and you will arrive at Rova d'Ambohidratrimo, which will be on your right. Parking is available near the entrance.
