Starting from the center of Toamasina, head south towards Avenue de l'Indépendance. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue des Ecoles. Turn left onto Rue des Ecoles and walk for about 500 meters until you reach Rue du Commerce. Turn right on Rue du Commerce, and after about 200 meters, you will find Filazana at 15 Rue Du Commerce, on your right.

Head south towards Avenue de l'Indépendance and take a left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance, cycling straight until the intersection with Rue des Ecoles. Turn left onto Rue des Ecoles and cycle for about 500 meters. Then, turn right onto Rue du Commerce and continue for another 200 meters. Filazana will be on your right at 15 Rue Du Commerce.
