If you're starting from the Bar Harbor Town Pier, exit the pier area and head east on West Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Hancock Street. Turn right on Hancock Street. The Shore Path will be located on your left, approximately 0.2 miles down Hancock Street, at 48-52 Hancock St. You will see the entrance to the Shore Path marked by a small sign.

From the Abbe Museum located at 26 Mount Desert St, head south on Mount Desert Street towards the intersection with West Street. Turn left on West Street and walk towards the ocean, where you will find the Shore Path entrance at the end of Hancock Street, just a short 0.3-mile walk. The Shore Path is located at 48-52 Hancock St, which will be on your left.

Starting from the Village Green, head south towards Main Street. Once you reach Main Street, turn right and proceed towards the intersection with Hancock Street. Turn left onto Hancock Street. The Shore Path is located at 48-52 Hancock St, just a short walk of about 0.2 miles from the Village Green. The entrance will be on your left.
