Walking
From downtown Biddeford, walk east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Alfred Street. Turn left onto Alfred Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Saco River. Cross the river using the pedestrian bridge and continue straight on the other side. You will see signs leading you toward Portland. Walk along the waterfront, and when you reach Cutter Street, turn left. Portland Paddle will be on your right at 1 Cutter St.

From Biddeford City Hall, take the Biddeford-Saco Old Orchard Beach Transit (BSOOBT) bus towards Saco. Get off at the Saco Transportation Center. From there, transfer to the Metro bus service heading towards Portland. Once in Portland, get off at the stop nearest to the East End. Walk east towards the waterfront and follow the directions to Cutter Street. Portland Paddle will be at 1 Cutter St.
