To reach Two Lights State Park from downtown Biddeford, start by walking to the nearest bus stop for the Biddeford-Saco-Old Orchard Beach Transit (BSOOB). Take the bus heading toward Saco. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Saco Transportation Center. From there, transfer to the South Portland bus line. Board the bus heading towards Cape Elizabeth. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the stop closest to Two Lights State Park. Walk approximately 10 minutes east on Tower Drive until you arrive at the park entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Biddeford. From downtown, head east on Main Street, then take a left onto Pool Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Elm Street, and take a right. Follow Elm Street until it becomes Route 1 South. Stay on Route 1 for about 4 miles, and then take a left onto Tower Drive. Continue for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance of Two Lights State Park.

For those who enjoy walking, begin at Biddeford City Hall. Head east on Main Street until you reach the river. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 for about 4 miles, which will take you through Saco and into Cape Elizabeth. When you reach the intersection with Tower Drive, take a left and walk approximately 1 mile to the entrance of Two Lights State Park.
