If you are starting from downtown Biddeford, head north on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Alfred Street. Turn right onto Alfred Street and follow it as it becomes Pool Street. As you walk, you'll pass by local shops and cafes. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the end of Pool Street. At the intersection, turn left onto Route 1. Continue walking straight for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with Willard Beach Road. Turn right onto Willard Beach Road, and you will find Willard Beach at the end of the road.

From downtown Biddeford, take Main Street heading north and continue to the intersection with Alfred Street. Turn right onto Alfred Street and bike along it as it turns into Pool Street. After about 15 minutes of cycling, you will arrive at the end of Pool Street. At the stop sign, turn left onto Route 1. Bike straight on Route 1 for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach Willard Beach Road. Turn right onto Willard Beach Road, and you will arrive at the beach in just a few minutes.

After about 20 minutes, get off at the bus stop on Route 1 near the Willard Beach Road intersection.
