Walking
From downtown Saco, head southeast on Main Street towards Ocean Park Road. Continue for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass through Biddeford and then into South Portland. Once you reach the intersection with Bunker Lane, turn right. Fort Preble will be on your left after a short walk down Bunker Lane.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Saco, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the South Portland bus (Metro Bus Route 21) heading towards South Portland. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of Route 1 and Bunker Lane. From there, walk east on Bunker Lane for about 0.2 miles; Fort Preble will be on your left.
