From the center of Brunswick, head southeast on Maine St toward Park Row. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Pleasant St. Turn left onto Pleasant St and continue for about 0.5 miles. As you approach the end of Pleasant St, you will reach a bus stop at the corner of Pleasant St and the US-1. Here, catch the METRO bus route 1 towards Portland. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of Hancock St and Washington Ave in Portland. From the bus stop, walk east on Hancock St for about 0.1 miles, and you will find Shipyard Brewing Company at 27 Hancock St on your right.

If you prefer to bike, start from the center of Brunswick and head southeast on Maine St. Follow Maine St as it turns into Pleasant St and continue for about 1 mile. Once you reach the US-1, bike to the right onto the sidewalk and follow the road for about 5 miles until you reach Portland. Turn left onto Hancock St and continue for another 0.3 miles. Shipyard Brewing Company will be on your right at 27 Hancock St.

From the Brunswick train station, you can take the Amtrak Downeaster to Portland. Once you arrive at the Portland station, exit and walk to the nearby bus stop. Take the METRO bus route 1 towards the Old Port.
