If you are driving from Farmington, head south on ME-4 S until you reach the intersection with US-1. Turn right onto US-1 S and continue following this road for approximately 23 miles. You will pass through the towns of Wilton and Jay. Stay on US-1 S until you reach Sullivan, ME. Schoodic National Scenic Byway is located on US-1 in Sullivan. Look for the signs marking the scenic byway.

From Rangeley, take ME-4 S towards Wilton. Continue on ME-4 S until you reach the intersection with US-2. Turn left onto US-2 E, then follow it until the intersection with US-1 S. Turn right onto US-1 S and continue for about 28 miles until you reach Sullivan. The Schoodic National Scenic Byway will be on your right along US-1.
