If you are in downtown Kennebunkport, start at the Kennebunkport Village Green, located at the intersection of Main Street and Ocean Avenue. Head northeast on Main Street towards the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto US-1 N. After about 5 miles, you will enter Portsmouth, NH. Continue on US-1 N for about 1 mile until you reach Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street, and the Moffatt-Ladd House & Garden will be located at 154 Market St on your left.

From Kennebunkport, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street (near the Village Green). Take the MetroBus (Portsmouth Route) heading towards Portsmouth. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Market St stop. Walk 2 minutes east on Market Street, and you will arrive at the Moffatt-Ladd House & Garden located at 154 Market St.
