From Meredith, take NH-106 S, which will lead you to the Lakes Region. Follow NH-106 S until you reach the intersection with NH-28 S. Merge onto NH-28 S and continue until you start to see signs for Portsmouth. Finally, take exit 5 toward Islington St, and follow Islington St to 1300 Islington St, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
