From Kennebunkport, head north on ME-35 N. Continue straight to stay on ME-35 N for about 8.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with US-1 N, turn left onto US-1 N. Continue on US-1 N for about 6 miles until you reach the exit for Portland. Merge onto I-295 N and follow it for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 7 toward Congress St, then merge onto Congress St. Continue straight onto State St, then take a left onto Park Ave. Follow Park Ave until you reach the waterfront area, where you can find parking options. The Ram Island Ledge Light Station is visible from the shore, and you can take a boat tour from nearby docks to get a closer view.
