From the center of Mount Katahdin, head northeast on Katahdin Avenue towards the Golden Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Golden Road. Turn right onto Golden Road. Drive approximately 19 miles along Golden Road. Abol Bridge Campground & Store will be on your left at 3969 Golden Rd Mile 19, Millinocket, ME 04462. Look for the sign indicating the campground and convenience store.
