Walking
If you are starting from the downtown area, head southwest on Congress Street towards State Street. Continue on Congress Street until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Spring Street. Turn right onto Spring Street and proceed straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end of Spring Street, take a left onto Valley Street. Continue walking on Valley Street, and you will find the entrance to Western Promenade on your left.
