Get off at the stop at 'Commercial St + India St.' From there, walk northeast on Commercial St towards the intersection with India St. Turn left onto India St, then continue straight until you reach the intersection with Gray St. Turn right onto Gray St, and the Maine Irish Heritage Center will be on your left at 34 Gray St.
