From downtown Saco, head east on Main Street toward Franklin Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Cascade Road. Turn left onto Cascade Road. Follow Cascade Road for about 1.5 miles. You will notice signs for Cascade Falls Trail. The trailhead is located on the right side of the road, where you will find a small parking area and a path leading into the woods.
