If you're driving, start from Machias, the largest town in Washington County. Take ME-192 W (Main St) out of Machias for about 2.5 miles. Turn left onto US-1 S and continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with ME-189. Turn left onto ME-189 and follow it for about 5 miles. When you see signs for Roque Bluffs State Park, turn right onto Schoppee Point Rd and drive for about 1 mile. The park entrance will be on your left.

While public transportation options are limited in Washington County, you can take a Downeast Transportation bus from Machias to Roque Bluffs. Check the bus schedule in advance as the service may not be frequent. Once you arrive at the nearest stop to Roque Bluffs, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the park entrance at 145 Schoppee Point Rd. Consider calling the park in advance to confirm any local transportation options or possible taxi services.
