If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Eastport, Maine. From Route 1, take the exit for Eastport and continue on Route 190 until you reach Eastport. Once in Eastport, follow Main Street until you see signs for Shackford Head State Park. The park entrance is located on Shackford Head Road. Parking is available at the park entrance.
Public Transportation

As services may vary, it’s advisable to contact local transit authorities for the most recent schedule. Once you arrive in Eastport, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Shackford Head State Park as public transit options may not extend directly to the park.
