Turn right onto the dirt road marked by the Dedza Mountain sign. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the base of Dedza Mountain. Be cautious as the road can be uneven and may require a four-wheel drive vehicle.

To reach Dedza Mountain using public transportation, head to the Dedza bus station located in the center of town. Look for a minibus heading towards the Dedza Mountain area.
