Car
If you are driving from within Dzalanyama Forest Reserve, start by heading southeast on the main road leading out of the reserve. Continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction at the main Lilongwe-Mchinji road (A1). Turn left onto the A1 road. Continue straight for about 30 kilometers until you reach the Chigoneka area in Lilongwe. Havilah Park will be on your right. There is parking available near the park entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Havilah Park using public transportation, you will need to take a minibus (commonly known as 'dala dala') from the nearest bus station in Dzalanyama Forest Reserve to Lilongwe. Look for minibuses heading towards Lilongwe and board one. The fare is usually around MK 1,000 to MK 1,500 (Malawian Kwacha). The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Lilongwe, ask the driver to drop you off at the Chigoneka area. From there, Havilah Park is a short walk away, just a few blocks down on your right.
