Walking
If you are in Area 47, start by heading east on the main road (M1). Walk towards the junction with the Bunda Road. This should take you approximately 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye out for local shops and landmarks along the way, which can help guide you.
Bicycle Taxi (Kabaza)
For a quicker option, you can hire a bicycle taxi, known locally as a 'kabaza'. You can find these easily in Area 47. Simply tell the rider you want to go to Eden Gardens in Area 15. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes and may cost you between MWK 500 to MWK 1000, depending on your negotiation skills.
Walking from the junction
Once you reach the junction with Bunda Road, turn left onto Bunda Road. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you see a sign for Eden Gardens on your right. The entrance is easily accessible from the road.
Public Transport (Minibus)
You can opt to take a minibus from the area nearby. Head towards the nearest minibus stop and board a minibus heading to Area 15. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the Eden Gardens stop. The fare should be around MWK 300. This option is popular among locals and can be a fun experience!
