Car
If you're traveling by car from Livingstonia, start your journey on the main road towards the north. After approximately 5 km, you will reach the junction near the Livingstonia Mission. Continue straight until you see the sign for Nkhope Community Campsite. Turn onto the dirt road at this junction. Follow the dirt road for about 3 km. You will pass through some local villages, so be respectful of the residents. The campsite is located at 36GC+85P, Muyeleko, and will be on your left. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, begin at the main bus station in Livingstonia. Look for a minibus that is heading towards the northern regions or Muyeleko. The fare is usually around 500 MWK. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Nkhope Community Campsite stop. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you get off, walk back along the road for about 500 meters until you see the campsite on your right. Be aware that public transport can be infrequent, so check schedules ahead of time.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and are staying in a nearby area, you can also walk to Nkhope Community Campsite. From the center of Livingstonia, head north on the main road for about 5 km until you reach the Livingstonia Mission junction. From there, take the dirt road as mentioned earlier and walk for about 3 km. It’s a scenic route but be prepared for a bit of an uphill trek. Always carry water and wear suitable shoes for the terrain.
