    If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Mzuzu, the largest city in Northern Region. Head southeast on the M1 road for approximately 60 kilometers (about 1 hour). After passing through the town of Ekwendeni, continue until you see signs for Mzimba. Turn left onto the road leading to Mzimba and continue for about 10 kilometers. As you approach the area, look for the signs directing you towards Lunyangwa Dam. Once you reach the coordinates H343+3X3, you can park nearby and enjoy the scenic views.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, take a minibus from Mzuzu to Mzimba. The minibuses frequently depart from the Mzuzu bus station and the fare is approximately 500 MWK.
