If you are driving from Kota Kinabalu, take the A1 highway heading towards Tuaran. Continue on the A1 until you reach the junction for the A10 towards Ranau. Follow the A10 for approximately 100 km until you arrive in Ranau. From there, follow the signs to Poring Hot Spring, which is about a 30-minute drive from the town center. There is a parking area available at the hot springs, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee.

To reach Poring Hot Spring via bus, start at the Kota Kinabalu bus terminal. Look for buses heading to Ranau, which run regularly throughout the day. The journey takes about 2-3 hours and costs around MYR 30. Once you arrive in Ranau, you can take a taxi or a local minivan (often referred to as 'bas mini') to Poring Hot Spring, which is only about 8 km away. The taxi fare should be approximately MYR 20-30.
