Car
If you're driving from any point in Genting Highlands, take the main road down the hill towards Kuala Lumpur. Follow the signage for the E8 highway (also known as the Karak Highway). After approximately 50 minutes to an hour of driving, you will reach the junction for Jalan Bukit Bintang. Turn left onto Jalan Bukit Bintang, and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. The Pavilion Crystal Fountain will be located on your right at the entrance of Pavilion KL mall. Parking is available at the mall, but there may be parking fees depending on the duration of your stay.

Bus
For public transportation, board a bus from the Genting Highlands bus terminal to Kuala Lumpur. You can take the Go Genting or other express buses that operate frequently between Genting and various points in Kuala Lumpur. The ride will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the terminal in Kuala Lumpur, you can take a Grab (a popular ride-hailing service) or a taxi to Pavilion KL. The distance is around 3 kilometers, and it should cost around RM10-15. The Pavilion Crystal Fountain is located at the entrance of Pavilion KL mall.

The journey will take approximately 1 hour, and the fare will be around RM70-100 depending on traffic conditions. Just provide the driver with the destination 'Pavilion KL', and they will take you right to the entrance where the Pavilion Crystal Fountain is located.
