Walking
If you are starting from the George Town city center, head towards Jalan Penang. Walk straight along Jalan Penang until you reach the intersection with Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah. Turn right onto Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you see the Fort Cornwallis entrance on your left side. The lighthouse is located within the Fort Cornwallis grounds.

If you prefer to take public transport, look for the local buses that run through George Town, such as Bus 101 or Bus 102. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at Fort Cornwallis. The bus will stop close to the fort's entrance, from where you can easily walk to the lighthouse.

Start from the city center and make your way toward Jalan Penang, then turn onto Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
