Bus
From the central area of George Town, head to the nearest bus stop, which could be at Weld Quay or Komtar. Take the Rapid Penang bus number 101 or 102 towards Teluk Bahang. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Teluk Bahang' bus stop. From there, walk along Jalan Teluk Bahang for about 10 minutes. The Tropical Spice Garden will be on your left at Lot 595 Mukim, 2, Jalan Teluk Bahang.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the city. Start from the Esplanade and head towards Jalan Penang. Follow this road as it leads you towards Gurney Drive. Continue on the coastal road until you reach the Teluk Bahang area. The journey is approximately 10km and will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your pace. Once you reach Teluk Bahang, look for Jalan Teluk Bahang and the Tropical Spice Garden will be on your left.

If you are near the beach area in Teluk Bahang, you can walk to the Tropical Spice Garden. Starting from the Teluk Bahang Beach, head southeast on Jalan Teluk Bahang. The garden is located just a short distance away along this road. It will take you about 15 minutes to reach the garden on foot.
