    To reach the National Parks Office using public transportation, you can take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Jerantut, which costs approximately MYR 35 and takes about 3-4 hours. Once in Jerantut, you can take a taxi or a shuttle bus to Kuala Tahan (around MYR 20-25), which is the gateway to Taman Negara. Upon arriving in Kuala Tahan, you can walk or take a short taxi ride to the National Parks Office, located about 1 km from the town center.

  • Boat

    If you are already in Kuala Tahan, you can also reach the National Parks Office via a boat ride on the Tembeling River. Look for local boat services at the river docks. The ride costs around MYR 10-15 and takes approximately 20 minutes. The boat will drop you off near the entrance to the National Parks Office.
