If you are in New Town, start by heading towards Jalan Sultan Idris Shah. Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with Jalan Panglima. Turn left onto Jalan Panglima and continue walking straight for about 5 to 10 minutes. You will see Time Tunnel Ipoh located at 23, Jalan Panglima, on your right side. It's a short and pleasant walk!

Locate the nearest bus stop in New Town. Take any bus heading towards the city center. You can ask the bus driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Jalan Panglima. Once you are dropped off, walk along Jalan Panglima for a few minutes until you arrive at 23, Jalan Panglima, where Time Tunnel Ipoh is located. The bus fare is usually between RM1 to RM3 depending on your starting point.
