Hi, I'm Eve. Here are a few practical things to know before exploring Langkawi Skybridge Cable Car.
Local know-how to help you travel smarter and make the most of every moment.
Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Langkawi. From Kuah Town, take Jalan Persiaran Kuah and continue straight until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork onto Jalan Penarak, which will lead you to Jalan Telaga Tujuh. Follow Jalan Telaga Tujuh for approximately 16 km, and you will find the Langkawi Skybridge Cable Car entrance on your left. There is parking available on-site, but be mindful of the parking fees, which can vary.
Public Transportation (Bus)
For those opting for public transportation, take the Langkawi Transit bus service from Kuah Town to the Cable Car station. The bus departs from the main bus terminal in Kuah and will take you directly to the Langkawi Skybridge Cable Car. The journey takes around 30-40 minutes, and you should check the bus schedule in advance. The fare is approximately RM 15 one way.
Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service
Another convenient option is to use a taxi or ride-hailing service like Grab. If you are in Kuah or any other area in Langkawi, simply book a ride to the Langkawi Skybridge Cable Car. The cost will depend on your starting location but expect to pay between RM 20 to RM 50 for a one-way trip. This method is generally faster and more direct than public transportation.
Use Langkawi Skybridge Cable Car as your starting point for nearby food, family ideas, nightlife, and more local discoveries.
