Car
If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Kinabalu National Park. Head east on the main road (Jalan Kinabalu) for about 11 kilometers until you reach the junction for Jalan Ranau. Turn left onto Jalan Ranau and continue for approximately 23 kilometers. Look for a sign indicating the road to Langanan Waterfall; you may need to turn onto a smaller road. Follow the signs carefully as the road can be narrow and winding. After about 5 kilometers, park your car at the designated area, and from there, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the waterfall.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Kota Kinabalu to Ranau. The bus ride takes about 2-3 hours, and the fare is around 30 RM. Upon reaching Ranau, you will need to take a taxi or local ride-sharing service to the Langanan Waterfall entrance. The taxi ride will cost approximately 50-70 RM and will take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you are heading to Langanan Waterfall, and they will drop you off at the nearest access point. After that, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the waterfall.
