Walking
If you are starting from the Kuala Terengganu city center, head southeast on Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kampung Losong. Turn left onto Jalan Kampung Losong and follow it until you reach the waterfront. You will see a bridge leading to Pulau Wan Man. Cross the bridge, and Taman Monumen will be on your left.

From the Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal, take a local bus that heads towards Pulau Wan Man. Inform the bus driver that you are going to Taman Monumen. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to the park. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.
