Walking
If you are in the city center of Kuala Terengganu, start from the Pasar Besar Kedai Payang (Central Market). Head east on Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin towards Jalan Bandar. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the river. Cross the river using the bridge (Jambatan Angkat) and continue straight onto Jalan Losong. After about 500 meters, you will see signs directing you towards Pulau Wan Man. Follow the signs; Taman Monumen will be located on your right after about 200 meters.

Take a local bus from the city center. Look for buses heading towards 'Pulau Wan Man' or 'Losong'. The bus stop should be near the Pasar Besar Kedai Payang. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pulau Wan Man bus stop, Taman Monumen is just a short 5-minute walk. Head towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Taman Monumen.

You can hire a trishaw (local bicycle taxi) from various locations around the city, particularly near Pasar Besar Kedai Payang. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
