From Kuantan Town, head to the nearest bus station. Take the bus heading towards Gambang or Bukit Gambang Resort City. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Gua Charas stop. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Gua Charas bus stop, walk towards the entrance of Gua Charas. The Sivan Temple is located within the cave complex, a short hike up the hill.

You can use a taxi or ride-sharing service like Grab. Open the app and input 'Gua Charas' or 'Sivan Temple' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of Gua Charas, which is about 20 minutes away from Kuantan Town. Once you arrive, you will find the temple located within the cave.

If you are staying within a walking distance in Kuantan, you can walk towards Jalan Gua Charas. It is advisable to use GPS on your smartphone to navigate. Follow the road signs towards Gua Charas. The temple is located approximately 10 kilometers from Kuantan Town, so it may take a couple of hours. Please ensure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the path can be quite hilly.
