If you are starting from the Kuching Waterfront, head east along the waterfront promenade. After about 600 meters, you will reach the junction where you can see the Sarawak River on your left. Continue walking until you see the traffic lights. Cross the road at the traffic lights towards Jalan Tun Abang Hj. Openg. The Round Tower is located a short distance ahead on your right.

Locate the nearest bus stop on Jalan Padungan. Take a bus that heads towards the city center. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop near the Kuching Post Office.
