Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Jonker Street area, start by heading south on Jonker Street towards Jalan Banda Hilir. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kota. Turn left onto Jalan Kota and follow it for approximately 200 meters. You will see the entrance to Bastion Middleburg on your right.

    From the Malacca Sultanate Palace Museum, exit the museum and walk towards Jalan Kota. Turn right onto Jalan Kota and walk for around 300 meters. Bastion Middleburg will be on your left, just before the intersection with Jalan Banda Hilir.

    If you are at the A Famosa Fort, leave the fort and head east towards Jalan Banda Hilir. Continue walking along Jalan Banda Hilir for about 400 meters. Bastion Middleburg will be on your left, just past the Malaysian Maritime Museum.

    From the Mahkota Parade shopping mall, exit the mall and head towards Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Banda Hilir and continue straight for approximately 600 meters. Bastion Middleburg will be on your right.
