If you are in the Jonker Street area, start by heading south towards Jalan Hang Jebat. Continue straight until you reach Jalan Laksamana. Turn left onto Jalan Laksamana and follow it as it curves. You will eventually see Jalan Taman Melaka Raya. Continue along this road and follow the signs for Masjid Selat. It will take you about 30-40 minutes on foot, and you will enjoy the beautiful scenery along the coast.
Public Bus
From the Malacca Sentral Bus Terminal, take Bus No. 17 which goes towards Taman Melaka Raya. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop named 'Masjid Selat'. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After disembarking, you will see the mosque directly in front of you. Just walk a short distance and you will reach your destination.
Bicycle Rental
If you're up for a bit of adventure, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around Jonker Street. Cycle towards Jalan Hang Jebat, then turn left onto Jalan Laksamana. Continue riding along the coastal road. The ride will take around 20-30 minutes, and you'll get to enjoy the fresh sea breeze as you approach Masjid Selat Melaka.
