Continue on Route 1 (Federal Route 1) following signs for Taiping. After about 40 km, you will reach the town of Taiping. From Taiping, proceed to the town of Kuala Sepetang, which is about 20 km away. Park your car at the Kuala Sepetang Jetty where you will find boat services to Pulau Giam.
