• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey from any major city in Peninsular Malaysia. Use a GPS or map application to navigate to Tanjung Piai. The most straightforward route is to head towards Johor Bahru, then follow the signs to Pontian. Once you reach Pontian, continue driving towards Kukup. The exact address is Tanjung Piai, 82300 Kukup, Johor. Please note that parking is available near the entrance of the Tanjung Piai National Park, which is close to the southern tip.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those opting for public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location to Johor Bahru. From Johor Bahru, head to the Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. Here, take a bus heading towards Pontian. Once you arrive in Pontian, you will need to take a local taxi or rideshare to reach Tanjung Piai. It is advisable to confirm with the taxi driver that they will take you directly to Tanjung Piai, as some may not be familiar with the location. The total cost of the bus journey can range from RM 20 to RM 50, depending on the distance.

• Combination (Train and Taxi)

  You can also travel by train from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. Once you arrive at the Johor Bahru Sentral Station, you can take a bus to Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. From there, take a bus to Pontian, followed by a taxi to Tanjung Piai. The train ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru typically costs around RM 50 to RM 100. After reaching Pontian, the taxi fare to Tanjung Piai is about RM 30 to RM 50.
