If you are traveling by car, start from Kuala Lumpur, which is approximately 200 kilometers away from Gua Kota Gelanggi. Take the East Coast Expressway (E8) towards Kuantan. After about 140 kilometers, take exit 77 for Jerantut. Continue on Federal Route 2 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Jerantut town. From Jerantut, follow the signs to Kota Gelinging. The caves are located approximately 10 kilometers from the town center. Note that parking is available near the cave entrance, but ensure to arrive early as spaces can fill up quickly.

To reach Gua Kota Gelanggi via public transportation, first take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Jerantut. Buses operate from several terminals, including Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). The journey takes about 3 to 4 hours. Once you arrive in Jerantut, you can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to reach Kota Gelinging, which is about 10 kilometers away.
