If you are driving from Kangar, head south on Jalan Raja Perlis towards Jalan Keteri. After approximately 5 km, turn left onto Jalan Bukit Keteri. Follow this road for about 2 km until you reach the base of Bukit Keteri. There is a parking area available at the foot of the hill. Note that there might be a small parking fee, typically around RM2.

From Kangar, you can take a local bus heading towards Keteri. Buses run regularly from the Kangar bus terminal. The fare is usually around RM2-3. Request to be dropped off at the Keteri junction. Once you get off, Bukit Keteri is just a short walk away, approximately 1.5 km uphill along Jalan Bukit Keteri. Be prepared for a bit of a trek!
