If you are driving from Kangar, head south on Jalan Raja Perlis towards Jalan Keteri. After approximately 5 km, turn left onto Jalan Bukit Keteri. Follow this road for about 2 km until you reach the base of Bukit Keteri. There is a parking area available at the foot of the hill. Note that there might be a small parking fee, typically around RM2.
