Car
If you're driving from the town of Kangar, head northwest on Jalan Persiaran Perlis towards Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. Continue straight for about 7 km until you reach the junction with Jalan Perlis. Turn left onto Jalan Perlis and follow the signs for Taman Negeri Perlis. After approximately 10 km, you'll see the entrance to Taman Negeri Perlis on your left. There is usually a small entrance fee, so be prepared to pay around MYR 10.

From Kangar, you can take a local bus to Kuala Perlis. The bus departs from the main bus terminal in Kangar. The fare is usually around MYR 3.
