After approximately 7 kilometers, take the exit onto Jalan Tanjung Lipat. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers, and you will reach Teluk Likas Beach. Parking is available near the beach, and it is usually free.

From the city center of Kota Kinabalu, you can take the public bus (Bus No. 1 or 2) heading towards Tanjung Aru. The fare is approximately RM 2.00.
