Walking
If you are in the city center of Kota Kinabalu, start from the famous Gaya Street. Head north towards Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Cross over to the other side of the road and keep walking straight. You will pass by various shops and eateries. After about 15 minutes, you will reach a traffic lights intersection. At this point, turn left onto Jalan Lintas. Follow this road for about 1 km until you see Lorong Kelabu on your right. Enter Lorong Kelabu and you will find Puh Toh Si Chinese Temple a short walk down the road.

From the city center, locate the nearest bus stop and take a local bus that goes towards Likas or Inanam. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Lorong Kelabu. Once you get off, you might need to walk a short distance along the road until you reach Lorong Kelabu. Follow Lorong Kelabu until you find Puh Toh Si Chinese Temple. This journey may take around 30 minutes depending on traffic.
