Walking
Start from the Sandakan Central Market, located at Jalan Leila. Exit the market and head southeast on Jalan Leila towards Jalan Buli Sim-Sim. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Buli Sim-Sim and turn left. Follow this road until you reach the main road, Jalan Sandakan-Lahad Datu. Cross the road and continue on Jalan Buli Sim-Sim until you reach the intersection with Jalan Bukit Trig. Turn left onto Jalan Bukit Trig and walk uphill. You will arrive at Trig Hill, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the market.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From the Sandakan Central Market, walk to the nearest minibus stop. Look for minibuses heading towards Jalan Bukit Trig. You can catch a minibus that has 'Trig Hill' or 'Bukit Trig' written on it. The fare is usually around RM 1-2. Inform the driver that you want to go to Trig Hill. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the foot of the hill. From there, you can walk uphill to reach the summit of Trig Hill.
