Once in Besut, continue towards the jetty at Kuala Besut. Parking is available near the jetty for a fee of around RM 10 per day. From the jetty, you will need to take a boat to Pulau Perhentian Kecil, which takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately RM 70 round trip.
