Getting There

• Walking

  If you're already on Guraidhoo Island, navigating to K.Guraidhoo Kite Surfing Lagoon is quite simple. From the main harbor area where the ferry docks, head southeast along the main road. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach a small junction. Take a left turn, and walk for another 200 meters until you see the lagoon area on your right side, marked by clear water and kites in the sky. The lagoon is accessible from the beach, so you can walk directly to the water's edge.

• Bicycle

  For a more enjoyable journey, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local shops in Guraidhoo. From the harbor, cycle southeast along the main road, keeping an eye out for the signs that guide you towards the lagoon. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on your speed. Once you reach the junction, take a left and continue cycling for another 200 meters until you spot the lagoon. Park your bicycle at the beach before heading down to the water.

• Local Transport

  If you prefer not to walk or cycle, you can inquire about local transport options such as a small boat or local taxi (if available) to take you closer to the lagoon. Speak to the locals at the harbor to find out if any such transport is operating that day. The cost may vary, but expect to pay around $5-10 for a short ride to the lagoon area. Once you arrive, you can easily walk to the lagoon from your drop-off point.
